Altium has reported sales and revenue results for the third quarter ending 31 March, 2009.

February 26, 2009: Altium reports first-half results: growth in sales, revenue, return to profit
Altium has released its 4D statement for the half-year ending 31 December 2008. Report highlights include a return to profitability and an interim unfranked dividend of 2 Australian cents per share to sharesholders.

February 3, 2009: Resignation of André Pravaz as Executive Director
The Board of Directors of Altium Ltd (ASX: ALU) has accepted the resignation of André Pravaz as an executive director, effective 3 February 2009. Mr Pravaz’s resignation will enable him to focus full time on the Altium worldwide sales force in his role as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, which was announced to the ASX on 14 August 2008.

January 15, 2009: Altium announces half-yearly performance update
Altium has released its financial performance update for the half-year ending 31 December 2008. Highlights for the financial half-year include an 18% increase in sales, a 14% increase in revenue and an EBITDA of US$3.7m.

December 22, 2008: Altium indicates return to profitability
Altium announced today that it expects to return to profitability for the first half of the current financial year.
